On February 28, 2020, the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force and members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jerome, aka “Rome” Edmonds, 27, of Turner St., Rochester, on a Genesee County Court Indictment Warrant.
The arrest concluded an investigation into the transportation, sale and possession of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.
Edmonds is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, with intent to sell, and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on his own recognizance.
The Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation.
Justin T. Gladney Sr., 30, of North Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on a Genesee County Probation Warrant on February 28, 2020, by members of the Local Drug Task Force and members of the Batavia Police Department.
Gladney was allegedly found in possession of a quantity of cocaine and marijuana.
He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd.
Gladney was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia City Court on March 10, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
