Alex Dumbleton, 26, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing 22 items from Wal-mart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on April 4, 2020 at 1:05p.m.
The items totaled $115.50.
Dumbleton was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
