Following a personal injury accident on Cleveland road in the Town of Pembroke on August 5, 2020 at 9:28p.m., Janice L. McGurie, 48, of Galloway Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed not reasonable under special hazard, moving from a lane unsafely, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and failure to notify DMV of address change within 10 days.
McGuire was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on September 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Paul J. Feitshans, 22, of Siehl Rd., Akron, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd and criminal obstruction of breathing following an investigation into a disturbance on Coe avenue in Oakfield on August 5, 2020 at 5:59p.m.
Feitshans allegedly struck another person and obstructed their breathing in the presence of a child.
He was arraigned by Judge Zambito in Genesee County Court and released on his own recognizance.
