Paula G. Pierce, 28, of State St., Batavia, is charged with prostitution, a class B misdemeanor, after allegedly performing sexual acts with a subject for a sum of money on August 19, 2020 at 4:00a.m.
Pierce was located at a residence on Maple street.
Also charged is David Schmieder, 26, of Silver Rd., Bethany. He is charged with patronizing a person for prostitution 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor.
Schmieder was invited to the residence to pay a female for sex.
Both Schmieder and Pierce were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on November 17, 2020 at 1:30 and 1:00p.m.
