Town of Batavia Planning Board Meeting

Because of the Novel Corona Virus Pandemic and state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive order 202.1 issued March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meeting Law, the Town of Batavia Planning Board meetings will be held electronically via ZOOM video conference/call conference instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Minutes of the meeting will be posted on the Town of Batavia Website.

1. Motion to take the site plan review for Batavia Solar off the table
Application by Batavia Solar, LLC for a Special Use Permit to install a ground mounted solar system for the Genesee Gateway Local Development corp. on R. Stephen Hawley Drive, Site Plan review and Special Use Permit. Public hearing was held on February 2, 2021 and SEQR was completed on 4/20/21.
2. Batavia/Ag Park SEQR Review Amendment – Declare lead agency, review SEQR Amendment, adopt amendment to SEQR.
