On June 5, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kyle Dezen, 33, of Holley, with DWI. He was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Dezen is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
On June 11, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Victoria Whitman, 29, of Appleton, with resisting arrest, obstructing emergency medical services, disorderly conduct, and harassment 2nd. She was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on her own recognizance. Whitman is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
On June 16, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Felipe Chavez Jr., 36, of Holley, with aggravated family offense, endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts), criminal mischief, and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Chavez Jr. is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
On June 18, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Victoria Ryan, 20, of Albion, with petit larceny. Ryan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.
On June 22, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kenneth Scholes, 26, with resisting arrest, obstruction of government administration, lewdness-expose body in public, disorderly conduct, and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned by CAP Court and was released. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On June 27, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jonelle Given, 44, of Hamlin, with petit larceny. She was issued and appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On June 27, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Bonnie Rosenbaum, 61, of Albion, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On July 1, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jaqueline Garrett, 42, of Albion, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On July 2, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jocelyn Berner, 36, of Medina, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On July 4, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Mark Anson, 38, of Moorestown, NJ, with menacing 2nd. He was arraigned in CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
