1. Application by Rita Zambito Requesting a ground sign for her real estate office at 8329 Lewiston Road – site plan review and sign approval. This is in a commercial district.
2. Preliminary project review – Hickory Ridge Estates, Route 33, across from Donahue Road by
David Ficarella and Engineer firm Lazarus Industries of Buffalo. This is an adult living project in an Agricultural/Residential District. It would require a Special Use Permit.
