NYS Police/Warsaw/Hamburg man charged with DWI in Perry

On August 6, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Adler M. Moldenhauer, 30, of Hamburg, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated. 

During a traffic stop on Route 20A in the town of Perry, Moldenhauer was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Moldenhauer had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.  Moldenhauer failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit a chemical test. 

Moldenhauer was released with appearance tickets for the town of Perry court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
