Melvin A. Huntley, 40, of Wilkinson Rd., Batavia, is facing additional charges after further investigation leads to an additional victim coming forth.
Huntley is charged with rape 1st degree, sex abuse 1st and predatory sexual assault/two or more victims, all felony charges.
The ongoing investigation found that Huntley subjected a total of four victims to various incidents of sexual assault over the course of 7 years. Huntley was previously charged in three other cases.
Sheriff’s Office investigators say the investigation is now complete and no further victims are known at this time.
Huntley remains in the Genesee County Jail after his arraignment on September 23, 2021.
