Brian M. Raphael, 33, and Jolene Y. Stevens, 32, both of East Main St., Batavia, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and conspiracy 6th, after a traffic stop on June 7, 2021 on Clinton street road in Bergen at 11:15p.m.
Both were allegedly in possession of cocaine.
Raphael and Stevens were released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 13, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
