A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Nicholas C. Doell on the charge of escape in the second degree, a class D felony, after escaping from custody on June 28, 2021 in the town of Batavia.

Robin S. Brooks has been indicted and is accused of the crime of bail jumping in the first degree, a class D felony, after having been released from custody or allowed to remain at liberty, either upon bail or upon his own recognizance, upon condition that he would appear personally in connection with an indictment against him which charged him with the commission of a class A or class B felony, and he did not appear personally on the required date of April 20, 2021 or voluntarily within thirty days thereafter.,

James D. Weathers has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon 2nd, a class C violent felony, in the town of Stafford on October 31, 2020, and did knowingly possess a loaded firearm, a loaded Glock 19 handgun.

Timothy J. Passage has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, a class C felony. On or about March 20, 2021, while at Tim Hortons’s at 1106 Main road in Pembroke, Passage allegedly had knowledge that he was in possession of a forged instrument with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, to wit a $20.00 bill(U.S. currency)

Aaron M. Hatt has been indicted by a a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of burglary second degree, a class C violent felony after allegedly knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a building on Broadway road in the Town of Alexander on April 28, 2021.

In count 2, Hatt is accused of criminal contempt first degree, a class E felony, after violating an order of protection on April 28, 2021, which Hatt had actual knowledge of as he was present in court when it was issued by Judge Charles Zambito.

In count 3, he is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old on April 28, 2021.

In count 4, Hatt is accused of aggravated family offense, a class E felony, after allegedly committing the crime of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation after applying pressure on the throat or neck of a person in Alexander on June 19, 2021.

In count 5, Hatt is accused of criminal contempt second, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly violating a court ordered order of protection on June 19, 2021 issued by Judge Charles Zambito on April 19, 2021.

In count 6, Hatt is further accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of child less than 17 years old on June 19, 2021.

Hatt was previously convicted of the crime of attempted criminal obstruction of breathing in Batavia City Court on September 25, 2018 and this previous conviction was within 5 years of the the current charge in Count 4 of the current indictment.

Connor L. Andrews has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree, a class D felony, after he knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, cocaine, weighing 500 mg or more on May 3, 3021 in the Town of LeRoy.

In count 2, he is further accused of DWAI/drugs while operating a 2008 Subaru on Rt. 19 in the Town of LeRoy on the same above date mentioned in count 1.

In counts 3,4,5, Andrews is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh for knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance, methamphetamine, alprazolam, and oxycodone.

Mark L. Farley has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal contempt first degree, a class E felony, after violating an order of protection on or about December 31, 2020 in the City of Batavia,

In count 2, Farley is accused of unlawful imprisonment second degree, a class A misdemeanor, on the same above date and location in count 1, by allegedly restraining another person.

In count 3, he is accused of harassment 2nd, a violation, after having physical contact or attempted or threatened to do the same on the same above date and location mentioned in counts 1 and 2.

In count 4, Farley is accused of burglary second degree, a class C violent felony, after he knowingly entered and remained unlawfully in a building on Harvester avenue in the City of Batavia on February 8, 2021 with intent to commit a crime therin.

In count 5, he is further accused of criminal contempt second degree, a class A misdemeanor, after violating an order of protection on February 8, 2021 in the City of Batavia.

Jamie A. Dutton has been indicted and is accused of the crime of criminal mischief third degree, a class E felony, after allegedly damaging the property of another person, two windows, in an amount exceeding $250 on February 27, 2020 in the City of Batavia.

In count 2, Dutton is accused of criminal trespass second degree, a class A misdemeanor, after knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a dwelling at the same location and date mentioned in the above count.

In count 3, Dutton is further accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor, after knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance, cocaine, at the same location and date mentioned in count 1.

Cesar G. Molina has been indicted and is accused of the crime of DWAI/drugs, a class E felony, on December 29, 2020 in the Town of Byron. Molina is accused of allegedly operating a 2007 Jeep on Rt. 33 while his ability to operate such motor vehicle was allegedly impaired by the use of a drug.

Molina was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on October 11, 2016 in Rochester City Court. Said conviction was within 10 years of the crime alleged in the current indictment.
