WYOMING COUNTY/Woman violates order of protection three times in two weeks in Perry

On November 5, 2021, the Perry Police Department arrested 20-year-old Tayjauna R. Williams for an incident that occurred on October 24, 2021. It was alleged that Williams violated an order of protection three times in two weeks.

Williams is charged with three counts of criminal contempt in the 1st degree, one count endangering the welfare of a incompetent/physically disabled person, and one count aggravated harassment 2nd degree.

The Wyoming County District Attorney’s office was contacted for a bail recommendation, they suggest bail be set at $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond or 15,000 partially secured. Williams was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Charles Miller with the public defender’s office present.  Judge Miller released Williams on her own recognizance with a return court date of November 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
