On December 21, 2021, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and Local Drug Task Force arrested two women while attempting to locate a warrant subject at the Quality Inn and Suites at 8250 Park road.
During an investigation and attempt to locate, Marcella F. Greene, 37 of Rochester and Chelsea M. Mutter, 28, of Batavia, allegedly possessed a quantity of crack cocaine. Both were taken into custody without incident. Greene was also arrested on multiple outstanding warrants.
Greene and Mutter are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, a class C felony. They were arraigned in the town of Batavia Court .
Greene was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice, and Mutter was released on her own recognizance. Both will re-appear in the town of Batavia Court on January 25, 2022.
