Eric T. Mcgrain, 29, of Rochester, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, speeding in a 55mph zone, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on College road in the Town of Batavia on January 8, 2022 at 1:21a.m.
Mcgrain was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Shannon L. Marvin, 30, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th/credit card, after allegedly stealing a credit card from an individual in the Town of Bergen on November 9, 2021 at 3:01p.m.
Marvin also allegedly made several purchases with the credit card.
Marvin was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. Marvin will appear in Bergen Town Court on January 19, 2022 at 3:00p.m.
