On January 7, 2022, a search warrant was issued for the residence of Craig Poler, 33 of Castile, NY, authorizing Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department investigators to conduct an investigation.
Poler was placed under arrest and is charged with two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child, a class A-II felony. Poler is accused of committing the crime of Course of Sexual Conduct against a child in the first degree when the victim is less than 13 years old. There are two victims.
Poler was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail on no bail. He is to appear in Castile Court on January 24, 2022.
