William R. Dieter Jr., 48 of Oakfield, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after a call for a disturbance on South Pearl street in Oakfield on February 5, 2022, at 12:15a.m.
Dieter allegedly placed his hand around the victim’s neck and pushed them into a wall.
He was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court in front of Judge Baker. He was released on his own recognizance and will reappear in court on March 7, 2022 at 5:00p.m.

Collin R. Grimes, 22, of Irondequoit, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unsafe tires, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable or prudent on Mullen road in Stafford on February 13, 2022, at 5:00p.m.
Grimes was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 1, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
