Andrew A. Sczepanski, 24, of Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Batavia on March 8, 2022, at 11:44p.m.
Sczepanski was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 24, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Michael E. Main, 38, of Oakfield, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree, after signing a supporting deposition to be filed in an ongoing investigation, allegedly knowing that the information he gave was false. The incident occurred on December 23, 2021.
Main was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on April 4, 2022.
