Brennan M. Dean, 21, of Bolivar, NY, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of assault 2nd degree, a class D violent felony. On January 13, 2021, having been charged with or convicted of crime, and while confined at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main street in the City of Batavia, Dean intended to cause physical injury to another person and caused injury to that person.
Dean is currently jailed at the Genesee County Jail.
