On July 19, 2022, at approximately 10:45pm, Troopers out of SP Albion arrested Aaron Watts, 43, of Barker, NY for DWI.
Troopers responded to a 9-1-1 call for a property damage accident. While interviewing Watts, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Watts was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Albion for processing. Watts recorded a .14% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Barker court for a later date in August 2022.
