Jeffery M. Johnson, 34, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, DWAI/drugs, and failure to keep right, following a motor vehicle accident on Batavia Elba Townline road in Batavia on August 20, 2022, at 6:26p.m.
Johnson allegedly left his lane of travel and struck a mailbox while allegedly impaired by drugs. His driving privileges were also revoked in NYS for a prior DWI offense.
Johnson will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 1, 2022, at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.

Jonah L. Epps, 20, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs following an investigation of a property damage accident on W. Main street road in the town of Batavia on June 17, 2022, at 10:21p.m.
Epps was allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and released, pending laboratory results. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 1, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Sandra L. Shifley, 39, of Byron, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and failure to keep right after deputies responded to North Bergen road in the Town of Byron for a reported vehicle that had struck a road sign.
After an investigation, it was determined that Shifley was allegedly operating her vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
Shifley will appear in Byron Town Court on September 5, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Rachael A. Gillespie, 31, of Stafford, NY, is charged with felony DWI/second offense, and DWI, and driving with a BAC o .08% or more while driving on Sharrick road in Darien on August 19, 2022, at 8:14p.m.
Gillespie was issued multiple citations and will return to court on September 13, 2022, at 4:00p.m.

Danielle K. Kellogg, 24, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with harassment 1st, after striking another person on August 18, 2022, at 2:49a.m.
Kellog was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court on August 19, 2022.

Jamie A. Dutton, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, after allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully inside of the Walmart store at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive in Batavia on August 18, 2022.
Dutton was found at a separate location by Deputy Mullen and K9 Frankie.
Dutton was arraigned in front of Judge Cianfrini and appeared on 8/19/ 22 in Genesee County Court. He will appear in Town Court on September 13, 2022, at 2:30p.m.

Jay M. Blatchley, 49, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at a retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on August 16, 2022, at 7:01p.m.
Blatchley allegedly passed all points of sale without paying for $82.06 worth of merchandise.
He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court for arraignment on August 23, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
