Paul H. Taylor, 49, of NY, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Exchange street road in the Town of Attica on August 28, 2022.
The traffic stop was conducted by Sheriff’s deputies on a 2009 Chrysler, Town & Country after a stop sign violation.
During the traffic stop, the vehicle was allegedly displaying a photocopy of an Alabama dealer plate as the rear license plate. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and Taylor was taken into custody.
Taylor was issued an appearance ticket for possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, and failure to stop at stop sign.
Taylor is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Attica Court on September 12, 2022.
