Daniel L. Goodell, 41, of S. Volutia St., Wichita, Kansas, is charged with sex abuse 1st degree/victim less than 11 years old, after an investigation into multiple incidents that took place in 2009 and 2010 that involved a victim who was less than 11 years old.
Goodell fled New York but was located in Kansas with the assistance of the Wichita Police Department. He was extradited back to New York by members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office where he was arraigned in the town of Alexander Court and held on cash bail.

Jamie L. Broadbent, 39, of Federal drive, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at a hotel in the town of Batavia on September 27, 2022.
Broadbent, a guest at the hotel, entered an unsecured storage room as well as another vacant room. While inside the rooms, Broadbent allegedly stole several items owned by the hotel.
Broadbent was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Batavia Court on October 5, 2022 at 10:00a.m.
