The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Ricardo Castillo Jr., 39, of Maple Ave., Oakfield, NY, after an investigation into a series of sex offenses that occurred from November 2019 through August 2021 in the village of Oakfield and town of Elba.
Castillo is charged with 13 counts of rape 1st degree, 10 counts of rape 2nd degree/victim under 15 years old, 13 counts of criminal sexual act 1st degree and 10 counts of criminal sexual act 2nd degree/victim under 15 years old.
Castillo is facing a total of 46 counts. He was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He will re-appear in court at a later date
