Ronnie K. Johnson, 52, of Batavia, NY, was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant for rape 1st degree, a class B felony, on October 27, 2022, on Park road at 6:28p.m.
While being taken into custody by Sheriff’s Investigators, he allegedly possessed narcotics with intent to sell. He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, a class C felony.
Johnson is also charged with unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, menacing 2nd degree, and criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation.
Johnson was arraigned in Batavia Town Court by Judge Funke and was held without bail. Johnson is scheduled to re-appear in Town of Batavia Court on November 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
