On August 19, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brett E. Coon, 32, of Alden, NY, charging him with criminal contempt 2nd degree.
Troopers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the Town of Sheldon. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an order of protection against Coon.
Coon was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. He was arraigned in the Town of Wethersfield Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail.
